This Royalty and Distribution Policy explains how BigHit Global distributes music and other content, how royalties are generated, and how earnings are shared with artists and creators using our platform.

1. Overview of Distribution Services

BigHit Global provides digital distribution services that allow artists, labels, and creators to distribute their content to major streaming platforms, social media services, and digital music stores.

Our platform helps deliver music and content to audiences worldwide by partnering with digital platforms and distribution networks.

2. Ownership of Content

Artists and creators retain full ownership of their music and content when using BigHit Global. By submitting content to the platform, users grant BigHit Global the necessary rights to distribute the content to digital platforms.

BigHit Global does not claim ownership of the music or creative works uploaded by users.

3. Distribution Process

When content is submitted for distribution, BigHit Global processes the submission and delivers the content to supported platforms.

Distribution may include delivery to music streaming services, digital music stores, and content monetization systems.

The time required for content to appear on external platforms may vary depending on the platform’s review and processing procedures.

4. Royalty Generation

Royalties are generated when users listen to, stream, download, or otherwise interact with content distributed through BigHit Global.

These royalties are collected from digital platforms and partners according to their own reporting and payment schedules.

5. Revenue Share Model

BigHit Global operates using a revenue share model.

Under this model:

• Artists retain the majority of their earnings.
• BigHit Global receives a service commission for managing distribution and platform operations.

The current commission structure is:

• Artist Share: 80% of net royalties
• BigHit Global Commission: 20%

This commission covers platform maintenance, distribution services, and operational costs.

6. Royalty Reporting

Royalty reports may be generated periodically based on data received from distribution partners and streaming platforms.

Because third-party platforms report earnings at different times, royalty reporting may be delayed depending on the platform.

7. Payment Processing

Royalty payments may be processed according to the platform’s payout schedule. Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information to receive earnings.

Payments may only be issued once the minimum payout threshold has been reached, if applicable.

8. Deductions and Adjustments

Royalty earnings may be subject to deductions or adjustments in cases such as:

• Fraudulent streams or artificial activity
• Platform reporting corrections
• Refunds or payment reversals from partner platforms

BigHit Global reserves the right to adjust royalty balances if incorrect reporting or fraud is detected.

9. Content Removal and Distribution Termination

Artists may request the removal of their content from distribution platforms. Processing times for removals may vary depending on external platform policies.

BigHit Global may also remove content that violates platform policies or copyright laws.

10. Policy Updates

BigHit Global may update this Royalty and Distribution Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
